Warranties
redoNYC provides a limited workmanship warranty as outlined in the applicable project agreement. Manufacturer warranties may apply to materials and products and will be passed to the client when applicable.
Permits and Compliance
We assist with obtaining required permits when agreed upon in writing. The client remains responsible for compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and applicable regulations unless otherwise specified in the contract.
Intellectual Property
All plans, drawings, designs, renderings, and specifications provided by NY Interior Renovation Group Inc doing business as redoNYC remain our intellectual property and may not be reused, copied, or distributed without written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, redoNYC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from project delays, construction issues, supply chain disruptions, or related matters.
Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with the applicable written contract. Termination prior to completion may result in charges for work performed and materials ordered.

1. Services
redoNYC specializes in designing and building custom residential homes. Our services may include, but are not limited to, architectural planning, project management, site preparation, construction, and post-construction inspections. All service agreements will be governed by separate contracts which detail the scope, timelines, pricing, and responsibilities of each party.
Any cost estimates or proposals provided are based on current material costs, labor rates, and project scope at the time of issuance. Estimates are subject to change due to market conditions, client-requested modifications, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Payment Terms
Payment schedules will be outlined in the project contract. Failure to make timely payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.
We accept payments via bank transfer, check, or any method detailed in the client contract.
4. Changes and Modifications
Changes requested by the client after the project has started may result in additional charges and changes to the project timeline. All change orders must be documented in writing and approved by both parties.
redoNYC provides a limited warranty on workmanship and select materials, subject to the terms in your project agreement. Manufacturer warranties may also apply and will be passed on to the client where applicable.
We will assist in obtaining the necessary permits required for your custom home build. However, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws, zoning ordinances, and HOA regulations unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
7. Intellectual Property
All plans, drawings, and specifications provided by redoNYC remain our intellectual property and may not be reused or distributed without our written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
